Alpine sparkling goodness. No dosage. Floral elements abound, some tropical fruit, white tea and biscuit dough. One of the more distinctive sparklers I’ve tried outside of champagne

2011 still good after all these years

Honeydew melon, stone fruit, gardenias, slight saline. Rounded-lively acid, mineral driven silky juicy texture, light-medium bodied, long floral wet stone finish. Beautiful alpine fresh acidity, texture shine, palate is elegant.

Tough to drink sparkling Gringet. It kind of smelled and tasted like fermented dirty socks. I like exploring new varietals and I hope there are some examples of this grape that I like but in the meantime, I will never drink this particular wine again.

Кальвадос, дыня, пастила, зелёный крыжовник, пластик старого монитора, карамель. Высокая кислотность, оксидировано. Очень стройно, слегка скромно.
