This Pinot was perfect! It had more body for a Pinot than I am used to. It went well with the filet along with the dover sole. Le Continental in old Quebec is a must! Get the filet mignon. ❤️

Dark, very ripe and smoky, dominated by roasted aroma and low in primary aromas, feels sightly forced, almost too confident and ambitious but lots of authority.
