A touch of cumquat bitterness and a saline note to finish off with after a few hours.

Glad this was opened now. Right at the peak of tertiary and showing hints of the beginning of that slow descent. Toasted almond and carmelized but still showing dried citrus and tree fruit with crushed flowers.

2010 Mersault at its very best. Supplied by Michael T. Awesome ! Tropical fruit with just a hint of wood. Rich and creamy. Great balance and not over the top like Calli Chards. A 97 in my book!
