Bright and zesty. Lemon oil, some reduction and lifted fruit. Good acidity and some stones, with whiffs of unsmoked and great structure. Very good.

Classic Meursault with aromas of hazel nuts , stone fruits , lime , mineral and a kiss of oak. Good energy and focus on the palate balanced by nice acidity . Finish leaves an oily and stony impression . Paired it with macadamia nut halibut.
