An excellent red blend, dark ruby coloured, full-bodied, fruit driven, nose is reminiscent of a barnyard, surrounded by the vegetal native French garrigue with hints of smoke and dark fruit. Paired with streak frites.

"Elegant" and "polished" are not terms I ordinarily associate with Minervois. Clearly the work of a Burgundian. More funk, please, and more garrigue.
