Eminently drinkable. Black raspberry, sage, rosemary and grilled meats. Mineral lively palate. Resolved finish. Nice.

Delicious mouthful of wine. Black berry, creosote, oolong tea, mince meat. Fine long tannins. Solid.

Nice cheap date! Nose is a bit feral and meaty, with lots of stony minerality and dark blackberry skins. Almost Northern Rhône like. Full and relatively soft, with surprising acidity for the south, and lots of pure, savory flavors. Great value!

Black licorice, garrigue, forest floor. Dark and dry. Delicious 7 years on......

Deep and brooding black and blue fruit jam, powdered sugar, lavender/violet, licorice, leather, stones, cinnamon, sage, white pepper. Rich with supple tannins. The most surprising part is the freshness and acidity of this wine.

Simple, not too much layer, a touch of smokiness, candied cherry, plum. Medium plus tannin. Ok, didn't stand out.
