Pale, almost clear. A little muted compared to other Alsatian grapes. Subtle stone fruit and green apple came out after letting some air in, but very savory and mineral.

Floral, aromatic, lush but with tons of acidity and a good bit of bitterness on finish. Contradiction. Labeled 14.5%. Peach fruit, honey-caramel-blossom aromas, dry through finish.
