Chablis Chardonnay

This is on auto-pilot. By the glass at Mercer Kitchen, and I rate this as excellent.
Slightest hint of butterscotch on the nose, transitions effortlessly to a bright and balanced mid-palate. Moderate acidity melds with a softness driven by brioche, honey and nutmeg. I need some of this in my cellar.

A little funky with some odd caramel off the bat. Blew off but there is not much edge to this one. Quaffer.

Lemon, green apple, floral, chamomile and mineraly goodness. Rounder than a typical Chablis. Very nice!

Sharp, clean, and a little more weight than you’d maybe anticipate.

I'm surprised this scores so low with other Delectablers. I find it spot on crisp, clean, mineral driven Chardonnay and quite interesting and weighty for the money.

Down the middle

Bright, crisp and clean with nice acidity.

Crisp mineral, lemon, good acidity. For the price under $25, its worth picking up some every day drinkers.
