Creamy lemons, stone fruits, pear, light spice, good presence of minerals and yellow and white florals. Light fizz, lemon, cream soda, pineapples, ripe pear, white peach, stones, nice gritty minerality, bright acid, with a nice round, rich finish. Photos of Achard-Vincent cellar and Anthony Lynch of Kermit Lynch hosting the tasting.

Traditionally made sparkling Clairette - austerity and acid and something different for a change.

Notes of dark amber buckwheat honey with toasted graham cracker and baked peaches.

What a surprise! Sparkling wine that stimulates the salivary glands and begs for a triple cream. Slight hint of honeysuckle but fruit is hinting and not even allowing you to get used to it. Bright and easy.

This is a great champagne and I don't usually care of champagne! It is a great sipper and will be my go to!

Pale straw; apple oxidized yeasty pancake aroma: crisp acidity, maybe slightest RS, mild petulance (labeled mousseux)
