Pale Lemon in colour. Traces of oak amidst the citrus on the nose. The creaminess of the oak coming through on the palate. Good flavour intensity with a nice hit of citric acid to finish off. Made from Burgundy’s other white grape Aligote. An elegant and refined white wine with excellent QPR @$40AUD Made by A and P de Villaine (of DRC Fame).

Dec 17th, 2017A surprising hit! Low in body and alcohol, very light color and almost silvery. Mineral and stone fruit nose, acidic with some grapefruit. Subtle and good with food, complimented fish poached in itself quite well!
