Wow this aged so well. Sick nose. Seashells, savory, confectionary, so mineral and exuberant. Deep. So airy and floral. Stunning. Palate is deep, silky and rich with terrific energy and sap. So pure and chiseled. Electric. So long and mineral. Just a hint of opulence then acid crash and minerals with lingering pithy fruit on the finish. Awesome texture and lime rock intensity. So juicy and explosive. Expansive as it airs. Solid 9.4. So long. Just lingers and lingers.

Super young but super sick. huge minerals, intense and lemony. Rich acids. Juicy and complex. Lime zest as well on the nose. Balanced, juicy and complex. Stank of yeasts and shells. So juicy and complex.

All the tension and cut you expect from Chablis, with a breadth that comes from concrete egg fermentation. The minerality is like going from edgier, brittle stone to rounded river stones, so cool. The acidity is keenly sharp, with nuances of salt and yellow fruits. Pure and clean on the finish. A bit young, this should only get better with time.

Wow. Dampt's best yet. Classic chablis ... but better. Crazy juiciness. Mineral. Fruit is there but as an element. Wow. Bought from Fass selections.

Love the freshness; citrus, apple, hints of honey and tingly acidity. It's staying in rotation.
