Nose is white flowers with a touch of buttered toast.
Lean palate with a lot of bright citrus fruit and minerals. Long, creamy finish.
Nice little sparkler. Would make a great aperitif.

Some nice nuttiness and honey aromas. Lemon peel, menthol and crisp minerality. Surprising verve left should keep even this 20yr old bottle going for a bit longer.
