Smooth and buttery mouthfeel. Less acidic comparative to other vintages. Honeysuckle, croissant, mild fresh herbs. Fantastic of course, but definitely a lot more bubbs out there with more bang for the buck!

So fresh and so clean clean.

Hard to believe these grapes were approaching verasion while I was attending my hs prom.

Drinking this makes you feel stupidly rich, rich enough to be drinking this wine on a regular basis. Sublime. Nirvana when paired with oysters and fondue.
