Sweet at the front with toffee, Sherry notes and a really complex and intense mid palate. So much going on here and bright to live with sharp and intense acidity. Great stuff.

Barreled in 1907 (Oklahoma Statehood!) and bottled in 2016. One of the most rich, woody, carmelized noses I've ever encountered. Nutty notes with fig as well. Palate is rich and soooo long. Complex, delicious and nearly perfect. It just doesn't get much better than this.
