Perplexing wine. Blend of Chenin, Gamay, and cab franc from Applegate and Yakima. Definitely flawed, not TCA or oxidation, but a metallic and alcohol note that sticks out at the end. Seems imbalanced and I can't figure out why (anyone knows what this might be caused by?). Still, a pretty interesting wine and have to admire Division's explorative ambitions... But... Should not cost $38 retail.

The packaging on this #wine is genius. Tasted a few days after bottling, seemed like it needed some time to gel. Acid, dense fruit and herb.

Pomelo, grapefruit, chalk. Great acidity, low smooth bubbles, crisp finish.
