This might have needed some more time, as it came off as a bit generic. Just sorta white wine. Somewhere in between SB and Chenin on the character spectrum I suppose. Nothing quite distinctive, but refreshing and food-friendly for sure. Easy to take a plunge at this tariff, and looking at Peter's note below, maybe I'll retry it with a fish stew, that sounds like a very nice pairing.

Vintage 2019 | Seemingly simple. Citrus in smell. Minerals. Crisp acidity. I like Fürmint, it gives joy, is not boring but quaffable. Paired with a fish stew from sole, cod and halibut. .
