Vintage 2017 | a positive surprise to me, very fruity, melonsugar association although zero dosage. 60 % Pinot Gris 30 % Auxerrois 10 % Riesling Beautiful!

Brut Nature but really ripe and fruity. No dosage needed.
Baked apples with a squeeze of lemon. A Dusting of caramelized sugar and vanilla join on the palate with a bit of peach. Lovely with a cheese plate
