Last wine at Chops Grille. Needed some solid decant time to open up, around three hours. Insanely dark purplish red. Interesting nose with twigs and a touch green on the attack followed by cherries, floral and a touch dirty. Heavy and dry tannins (8/10) and full bodied. Super dry palate with some leather to start then opened up with blueberries, forest floor and spices. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2032. (92+)

Great cab that I have never had before. You'll love it if your a fan of dark sour cherries, pepper, cedar, spice and everything nice!
Good but not Great for me. I prefer dark blue fruit profiles vs cherry profiles.
However, I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers! It was still very good just not the best I've ever had.

Excellent Coombsville Cabernet. More of an old world style wine, less of a fruit bomb and more tannins and perfect amount of acidity. Tannins are grippy but not harsh. Decanted for 2 hours and the wine really shined. This wine has the structure to age for another 10+ years, but it still drinking great now.
