Probably by far the best value for a Champagne I bought in NYC in a long time. At this price, a very racy, expressive and pleasant champagne. Very hard to beat!

@Mike R We started with this champagne late afternoon. My extraordinarily good friend open this for us as soon as he arrived. Lemon / lime green apple, banana skins, flowers, nutty, yeasty/buttery finish. A bit of a heavy weight..

Lemon and lime zest. Some early green notes that blew off after 10-15mins. Great acidity but never really developed the depth and volume as I would have hoped. Paired well with the white asparagus steamed rice and scallops.

Deep & showing plenty of power. Fruit is out front, yet plenty of elegance on display here. Something I would love revisiting regularly. Excellent Champagne.
