Fig and ripe red fruits along with hints of cedar on the finish. Although a bit jammy this wine is sure to be a crowd pleaser but still has enough complexity to be interesting to a more discerning pallate as well. Once again a great value from Portugal! ($6) [9/24/16]

Balanced but not complex, and not as fruit-driven as many Portuguese wines I've tasted. Softer, cherry laden notes and mild tannins, easy drinking. Day 2 a bit softer yet.
This is good, but many other Portuguese value wines offer more depth of flavor. Drink it now, I don't see improvement with age.

Low to medium acidity. Jalapeño pepper and cherry notes. Tastes of cranberry and blackberries.

Pleasant surprise and unbelievable value for the $: they threw in every varietal in the region and somehow it works... gorgeous beam of kirsch liqueur and warm spice, dates & fig compote. Soft supple pliable and kinda juicy going down infinitely smooth. Not something you’re going to age - real crowd pleaser.
