Delicious, a bit awkward and chubby on the palate, not sure if I like this tart-ish oaky/zesty finish, but its healthy level of acidity definitely helps to balance it out. Overall a solid Meursault from a solid house. Poor choice it was to put it next to '13 Roulot village — even although Domaine deux Montille is being run by Jean-Marc Roulot's wife and her brother, Roulot's magic is not here, sadly and Les Porusots don't help.

The nose on this Mersault is intoxicating, it has a wonder wet stone with a hint of lemon zest. The wine on the palate has a wonderful round mouth feel with great balance between minerality & fruit. One more reason to LOVE White Burgundy!
