Always like the fruit transparency in the bottling. Strawberry, raspberry, pink grapefruit and light yeast. The palate is vibrant yet soft, and a bit feminine, possibly because of comparison to the L-P rose.
A delight as usual. And very good value for around $50.

Beautiful fine bubbles of raspberry and cream finishing with the same flavors along with a fine bready note with balanced acidity and minerality. Champagne sublime liftoff.

Definitely caught my eye. This is a nice sparkler with which to begin the night. Strawberry, kiwi, dried tropical nores. Has a great weight on the finish. This was the only sparkling opened tonight, and that's not so much of a bad thing!
