Pale lemon with crisp stone fruit and citrus aromas. On the palate simple flavors of pear and melon with lemon citrus. Medium finish ending with fruit, spice and floral mineral tang. Grab some Sushi.

Light bodied, faint sour citrus and pear on the palate, melon and dogwood blossom nose, light hay color. Probably too young to stand on its own, but paired well well a salty noodle and vegetable stir fry. 2023 vintage. Thus begins our wine journey.......

Sweet melon nose, with a creamy buttery undertone as it warmed up. Bright and zippy acidity. Fresh tasting, tangy. Bitter finish.

Paired well with pork and chicken paella

Enjoyed this one with piri piri chicken skewers and tomato rice. Had some definite citrus flavors up front. Primarily lemon with some minerality. Got some green apple and melon as it warmed and opened up. Sort of felt like a New Zealand sauv blanc but without the body. Cut through the spiciness was of the piri piri. Enjoyed this one but would probably enjoy it with food rather than as sipping alone.

Subtle-bordering-on-bland up front, some lime zest and bruised apple. Medium finish with salinity and high acid. Traces of CO2. Some bitterness in the finish that wasn't entirely unpleasant, but lingered longer than I'd like - less problematic with food, but too much for this to be a standalone sipper for me. Probably not my first choice for the style at this price point. That said, I really love the bottle & label design- really nice branding. May be a nice bottle to take to a dinner party for the aesthetics alone.
