Pretty classic fino aromas and flavors of almond skin, roasted nuts, yellow apple skin, bread dough, saline finish; a lovely example of not overly complex or concentrated

Nice, delicate and saline, as one would expect.

Semi-sharp acidity, dry, salty brine, a delicate oxidized elegance. 15% ABV.

Soft and salty as you can expect. Very very nice.

Solid.
