Blend of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier, pale lemon color with aromas of citrus, floral and biscuit notes, fine bubbles and light mousse, on extended lees aging. On the palate flavors of crisp apples, peach and lemon notes, savory mineral, complex. Long ending with fruit and slight toasty biscuit character.

Apple, lemon, toasted brioche and almond on the palate. Good acidity and balance. Hesitant effervescence.

Light transparent lemon in the glass with fairly vivacious perlage in the glass. The nose is seriously pretty with an abundance of citrus aromas. It’s very clean and pure with lemon zest, yellow apples, and chalk. Limestone and lightly toasted yeast along with a bit of butter and a touch of honey. There’s just the faintest sprinkle of nutmeg here that is plain terrific.

Classically structured and so complete. This is about as generous as a non vintage entry level champagne can get. Sturdy but with some delicate features. Majority Chardonnay with a chunk of Pinot Noir and a splash of Meunier. Really nice focus and precision, this just feels so classy and relaxed throughout. The palate follows the nose with the addition of red cherries and dried earth. A nice addition to any get together and perfect for any occasion.

50 Ch, 30 PN, 20 M, hodne ovocne (zrala jablka, hrusky), vyzneni do sladka. Asi by zaslouzilo klasickou fletnu nez vetsi sklenici, ktera trochu rozmelnuje. Dobry standard a apero.
