Nose of red fruits (strawberries, cherries), Provençal herbs, sometimes mint and sage. Taste flavors of black/red cherries and berries, with baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), mint, and gentle oak. Long finish with lingering with herbal, citrus, and spice nuances. Could easily go a few more years but why wait. Still have a few more bottles in my cellar.
