A fresh summertime Sauvignon Blanc that delivers a lemongrass and apricot combination to the nose and a slightly overpowering amount of acidity. That lessens upon standing so I recommend factoring this into your enjoyment. An aged cheddar pairs nicely as does a lighter lunch. I enjoyed this on a hot day and I found it very refreshing. I think you’ll find it rewarding.
