Nice cab, strong tannins, dark fruit, high acid. Nice meaty wine.

Does fine but lacks fruit for Cali cab. Won’t rush to try it again.

Tart with a nice finish

Worthy California Cab that goes toe to toe with Napa bottles costing three times as much. Tasty blend of dark fruit, muscular tannins and Cabernet minerality: a great steak wine. Pleasant nose giving a preview of what’s to come, with a solid finish featuring notes of graphite and cocoa—just delicious. Enjoyed the 2020 vintage with bone-in ribeye at The Palm Restaurant, celebrating my son Robert’s 22nd birthday.
