Wow, fantastic. Lovely leesy notes, vanilla, lemon chiffon, lemon oil, stony minerality. On the palate: excellent acidity, mousse is very fine, but a bit too dense...better with some swirling in the glass. Wet stone, lemon peel, vanilla and very nice tang. Nice long tangy finish.

Crisp, refreshing, quite gentle, warm brioche and a bit of citrus on the finish. Very enjoyable.

Mateo Sarah Anne visit and he’s a foodie and vino lover especially Champagne. Wow! A Blanc de Blanc with clean complex white floral nose laced just so with yeasty profile but not in your face like B-S. Dances on the palate and super long evolving finish. Yum! Terrific with the Asian style scallops appetizer
