At Divino wine bar in Cassis specialising in Cassis wines by the glass.
Onion skin colour.
Melon, passion fruit, pine kernels. Reminds me of some native yeasts being used.
Just enough acidity for a Riesling lover. Nice long pear melon and pine aftertaste ending on a bitter note. 60 Grenache 20 Mourvèdre 20 Cinsault
