De Martino
Gallardía del Itata Cinsault Rosé
On the nose; slight funky barnyard nose. Hint of v/a. Pink grapefruit, overripe orange citrus, peach skin, pink roses
On the palate; pink grapefruit, overripe orange citrus, peach skin, pink grapefruit, pink roses, beautiful acidity, strong delicate powdery chalkiness and a nice round finish.
Photos of; the Estate Sangiovese vines, a look of how they protect the wine in clay pots before they apply the terra-cotta, water & hay mixture and the Sangiovese fruit almost ready to harvest.

Oct 19th, 2020We live this wine. Not often a store tasting works on me but had never seen the grape bottled solo and loved it. Highly recommend.
