Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose; mid red fruits, beautiful red florals, violets, light; vanilla, cinnamon & clove, hints of band-aid, dark soils, soft minerals and dry stones.

On the palate; sticky & chewy tannins, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, black licorice, dry stems, soft wood presence, palate gripping soft minerals, dark rich soil, dry stones, nice acidity, bright red florals and a nice round finish.

dark and smoky. Peppery but not as green as typical Chilean Cabernet. More of a smoked poblano type of peppery. Opens up with oxygen and time to reveal its softer, butter sauteed flavor while still displaying its original essence. 2011

Rich and balanced. Needs a minute to breathe and then it’s velvety and earthy.

So much oak, vanilla overpowering

This is the organic version of their Cabernet Sauvignon

Decent. Enjoyed and would drink again, but not my fave.

Young too much tanin

Dark red fruit aroma and taste up front. A little spicy/peppery

Delicious. Very smooth.
