Youthful medium plus, fully concentrated blue black core with a thin violet rim. More blue than the anticipated cherry red. Intense black cherry, tomato leaf, and cassis with a subtle black pepper and chalk. Dry, medium body, high acid, medium, plushy astringency, high abv 13.5% throws very little heat or irritation. The palate shows ripe red cherry, roasted tomato, cassis, basil, bittersweet, and black pepper on the medium finish.

Oscars, the indoor fire pit going, and some sipping juice, nice herbed and dried cherry notes, hints of rhubarb, good acidity.

Light weight, medium acid, very dry, smells lovely but lacks a bit on the palate. Bitter.

Great bright red fruit & structure but oak is all elbows right now. Too young? Revisit tomorrow.

Fruity on the nose, mix of blackberry and jam flavor, balanced acidity. Not bad for the price point, pairs well with meat and cheese.
