Brut Crémant de Loire Sparkling White Blend

The is a pleasant sparkling wine from the Loire valley. It’s fun to see a sparkling wine with a touch of cab franc. Pleasant pear with nice acidity. Bright, young, and enjoyable. Slight green apple and very faint cherry. This is different and fun to drink on a back deck for Labor Day weekend.

70% Chenin, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Cabernet Franc. Mouthwatering with fresh apple-pear and mineral flavors. Dry yet round/creamy finish.

Tiny bubbles with stone and tropical fruit aromas and floral scents. On the palate of this Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc & Cabernet Franc blend, ripe sweet peach, pear and apple flavors with notes of citrus. Medium finish ending with mineral tones. Nice value. Tasting Sample.

Bubbles are super light ... Good flavor (lighter, fruity) and good value. Bought at Whole Foods for NYE. Paired with oysters and shrimps.

Light yellow in color with a green hue.

On the nose lemons, Yeast and grapefruits.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with big bubbles, lemons and grapefruits.

Medium finish with nice acidity.

Nice bubbly, balanced, not bitter yet simple.
Not my cup of tea.

12.5% alcohol by volume.

A bit sulfury and soapy, yeast, hay, bitter almond.
