Cuvée l'Apôtre Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Champagne Chardonnay

Needed a day. But then really pure and elegant. There is a touch of heat which really keeps my rating lower. Too bad for the heat.

Leclapart L'Apôtre is amazing...15000 bts only, its clear, fresh, mineral, with multi layers of flavors and with an acidity to join any aperitiv or any kind of food. Produced from vines planted in 1946 by David's grandfather, its really something these bubbles.

Wonderful expression with grilled lemons, white peach and tart apple flavors, this is strict with gun flint additions on the fresh, seriously chalky finish. Long and mouthwatering.

2008. F*********ck, this is good

'09 vintage BDB half barrel, half steel, full malo, extra brute for a really powerful and lovely champagne.

Not sure I like this style much. Quite a lot going on but the oxidative nose just doesn’t work for me.
