David Duband
Les Gruenchers Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Pinot Noir
Sweet spices on the nose with wood and blackcurrant. On the palate, it is fruit-led but the flavor is a bit watered down, quite punchy mid palate with alcohol and tannins kick in. Not sure, will evaluate again after the second glass.

Oct 3rd, 2020Good, but a little big and sloppy around the edges. Does what it says on the tin, but without being particularly compelling in any way. Enjoyable? For sure. But I wish there was more there, there.

Mar 1st, 2018At 1st ready to pan this thinking like last nights 05 this was missing a mid palate & finish. This gained weight with air & time in the glass to be a decent Burg though not as good as the btl I had 4 yrs ago.
