Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Underwhelming at best. Very thin. I’m not a big Pinot fan of anyway (Full disclosure) but just was not worth the 40 bucks

Full of juice and berries. Damp wool. Delicious

Nestled amid the redwoods high in the Santa Cruz Mountains south of San Fran is the David Bruce Winery. Ruby with berry fruit aromas and citrus notes. On the palate blackberry and sweet cherry with orange rind notes and cinnamon. Soft tannins on a lingering finish ending with pepper spice. Needs some time.

2014 RRV Pinot. Perfect amount of age. Hint of leather on nose. Jammy in the mouth and dark cherries, really delicious!

Much more fruitier than I like, just not for me..

We had this on 2-25-26/18. A real good RRV PN with tastes of strawberry, pomegranate and some spice. Nice mouth feel to a medium bodied wine with a smooth finish

First condo association meeting... need a drink

Dense fruit. After a few hours open, it shows a birch beer character rather than the typical RRV cola. This worked well with the sweetness in Salmon Teriyaki. David Bruce is consistently good, reliable, and not a lot of money well spent.

Very good, with a nose full of perfume and a smooth finish.

Nothing goes better with steak or scallops than this! Fruity and light oak. Cheers!
