Very pleasant mixture of ripe fruit, sweet grassiness, and minerals on the nose. Full-flavored and balanced in the mouth. Surprising body. It’s got lots of herbal flavors, savory minerals, and only a whisp of fruit. Good (but maybe a tad lower than I expected) acids.

Med to med plus intensity of the greenish note on the nose, lemon zest, lemon curd, green apple and unripe pear, wet stone and chalky, hint of rubber band, white flower. Med plus acidity, med body, unripe pineapple finish. An elegant Sauvignon Blanc from Menetou Salon.

L’ho aspettato perche e’ da Loir vicino Sanceer. Ma questo ha il gusto come New Zealand piuttosto. Piu frutta gusto anche non c’e male veramente. Secondo me Putite Bourgeois sarebbe meglio piu con il prezzo meno.
