Moulin de Gassac Picpoul de Pinet

This wine is golden colored in the glass. The nose is loaded with fruit. I find peach, pear, apple, and mango in the aroma profile, along with a hint of minerality and citrus. The palate is refreshingly acidic and shows apple, pear, lemon and lime flavors. I paired it with a ham and provolone sandwich and was glad I did. If you have some shrimp or crab that’s not doing anything, that should work even better.

Oyster wine. Aged on lees for a creamier palate feel.

Tasty starter for any gathering serve it cold!

Green apple, saline, creamy mouth feel. Good acidity.

I can’t pronounce it but I liked it! Dry, mineral. Nice to sip on its own, good with cold, light food.

Drink, don't think. Juicy, refreshing, cost $12 at my wine store. Solid bang for your buck.

Decent and solid French.

It was a good complement to my trout almondine, but I've already forgotten it, and probably won't order it again. It was soft, adequate, but nothing remarkable
