This has, perhaps surprisingly, developed a slight sweet flavour component. Acidity is there but I'd like to see a bit leaner flavour profile.

Chenin really showing through at this point. Beautiful though, honeyed and herbaceous and bright.

As expected: fleshy apples & exotic fruits with a stiff acid backbone and oh, so delicious. Still angular, but it will settle down in time.

2013 white - with lunch at MIO (Montpellier). Glad I still have some of this in the cellar - it is tempting to drink the Gassac whites young as they're full of vigorous Viognier goodness. Now showing a bit more complexity, a defined robe of apples and tonic emerging over the top of the Caribbean fruits. Well worth a try!

Richer fruit and texture than 2012, but same flavors otherwise. Yum.

Cabernet/Merlot/Syrah. Second Label of Mas Daumas Gassac. Vibrant color. Ripe juicy red fruits on the palate with a bit of earth and spice on the back end. Fun and easy going red. Great value.

Fairly young and complex white. Modest gold color. Not as good as the ‘18, but intriguing. Starts off as Sauv Blanc and then blends in lots of melons. Medium plus thickness. Very nice.
