Tasted a bit harsh, acidic, and alcoholic for Riesling. Not the zippy refreshment I would expect from Riesling, but an interesting contrast to Alsace and the Mosel valley for sure.

I've heard of Dashe before but never tried their stuff. Really vibing this juicy red apple so much. It's so light, refreshing, and full of life. I think there's a bit of Brett in the formula but I don't consider it a turnoff. These moderated petrol notes are giving me a craving to look for more nor cal rieslings, but the hint of spice seriously balances it. It's like a tangerine zest and an insanely high acid that just wipes away the sensation so you can start all over again. Totally light totally balanced. This is an awesome get you drunk wine!
