Hosted a ton of family for a traditional Sicilian Seven Fishes dinner; needed to tear through something consistent and crowd pleasing, so had these two on tap. The Chard showed well; Meyer lemons and almond paste. However for me, I was digging the SB to wash down course after course of seafood.
