Blend of 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby color with aromas of dark fruit, sweet spice and herbs. On the palate flavors of cherry and blackberry with tobacco, cinnamon spice, toasty oak and herb notes. Firm tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice, oak, herb and mineral character, Nice, should age a bit.

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot blended in. Dark ruby/black color with some purple highlights. Aromas of dark fruit, cinnamon, cedar and vanilla. Extremely ripe black and red berry/currant/plum fruit with additional notes of blueberry, dried herbs, and baking spices. Long and lingering finish with intense complexity and concentration. Harmonious and well balanced. Thanks for sharing, Petey!

9/2023. Full bodied cab with nice flavor and feel on the palate. Paired well with the petite filet at Hall’s Chophouse.
