Oak, smoke, bay leaf, red and black and blue fruits, pepper, dried leaves, pencil shavings, elevated tannins, elevated acidity, full body. Called it right bank Bordeaux. 🤦‍♀️

Very interesting. Silky, but with the character. An oak, a dark chocolate, licorice, some dark fruit, and with something I don't recognize. Short, sharp finish. Love it!

In one word, decadent! Rich extracts of earthy dark cherry and choke berry encapsulated by fine polished tannins and a sweet edge of ripe fruit carrying it down into your throat where it lingered for ever.

Big nose of blueberry, blackberry, chocolate and a slight tinge of spice from the higher alcohol this is a great first foray into Australian Shiraz. The body is big, with meaty and smoky notes prominently opening up with powdery tannins lingering throughout, as well as a pleasant spice and flavors of plums, coffee and rich red fruits rounding out the taste. Really a great wine that still tastes awesome after being open a while.
