New vintage of the reserve cab. Balanced and elegant. Opens quickly. Very good as expected.

Aiming high but falling short all around. Barnyardy nose, rather angular and overtly woody after an hour decant. Fell apart quickly. Disappointing especially for the $$. Despite the wine, Boulud at Baha Mar fantastic.

A blend of Cab Sauv, Petit Verdot & Merlot. Deep Ruby with spicy dark berry nose, aged for 20 months on French oak (50% new). On the palate blackberry and ripe cherry with notes of licorice, mushroom and cedar spice. Vivid acidity, fine tannins, ok balance, medium finish ending with an earthy character. Drink now, losing its luster.
