Pours an intense dark purple. The aromas are kind of a red licorice, cedar, and alcohol. The flavors of blackberry, dries cherries. The finish is smooth and long lasting. There is an essence of vanilla on the finish that is wonderful. This is an outstanding blend from a great winery.

Really earthy tart. Not sure I’ve ever said that. It is a bit of a strange flavor profile but I really like it. It is a really sharp flavor profile. Carries though pallet.
