This Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc intially comes across quite rich, with aromas of peach, lemon, pineapple, along with hints of brioche & jasmine. The palate brings lemon & lime citus flavors with a certain creaminess and a touch of smoke on the surprisingly long finish. However a med-low acidity did make the wine come across just a tad flat. Nonetheless, very good and paired well with chicken & basil stir fry! ($15) [8/16/21]

Dec 24th, 20232022 vintage at $13 from. What a pleasant surprise! Rounded, no grassiness, barely discernible as a Sauvignon Blanc, which I mean in a good way.
