such value. Producer stored it for you and doesn’t bump price. Some have had premox issies. I’m jinxing myself but so far so good. Super clean Chablis.

Mine showed up browned like deeply bruised orchard fruit, and not on purpose. I'm fully aware this is flawed, unintentional but somehow kind of wonderful too. If you like oxidized wines and if you had no context, I think you'd like whatever this is.

Like the regular thing, but richer, nuttier, cheesier - salty sour like a first cousin of Jura or Sherry. Mouth coating with bruised apple and pear, butterscotch, and peanut butter fudge.

At once alive and vibrant, and also quickly deteriorating.
