Dark, smoky, chunky and somewhat baffling. Hardly resembles Beaujolais. I typically like Bouland, but I'm not sure where this is headed.

Infanticide! Cherry rock candy and white pepper on the palate with plenty of acidity to boot. This will keep in the cellar for another 6-8 years.
