Really good. I like the dancing hares more but this is damn good. First vintage I think? Coconut, dill and clove followed by black cherry and chutney. Does it need more time or less? Not sure but it’s good now still. I’d wait a couple years on bottle number two now

Rich and luscious, and was ready to go as soon as I pulled the cork. A hedonistic combination of cassis, currant, black cherry, milk chocolate, and cedar. Some secondary smoked herbs and loam inject just enough savoriness to call this balanced. Hits all the right pleasure points and will certainly be crowd-pleasing.
